I gave up fast food (anything with a drive-through qualifies) as a New Year's resolution for 2009. So far, I've yet to cheat so I guess that means I've gone 1 year, 6 months & 16 days with no Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell, KFC, etc. I gave up McDonald's after I saw SuperSize Me in 2005, & I've yet to break that one either. I guess this doesn't seem like too much of an accomplishment, but when you consider the fact I live in an extremely small town & all of these options are included in that town, you'd have to understand how easy it is to become lazy & addicted to fast food. It's a bit weird; I spent so many years eating fast food that even now I still wake up craving specific items from McDonald's, even though Christmas time will make it 5 years straight. That shit is like acid, it stays in your spinal cord forever. Anyway, I think I was trying to make a point here but I got myself lost. I haven't seen any changes in my weight or moods so I guess I'm just naturally a curvy bitch. Not sure when I finally decide to ease up on my little rule, but I know if I ever go to any state with a Sonic or an In N' Out, the rule will for sure break that day. I guess until then, it's nose to the grindstone. Even if I see no difference, it's still a sick bragging right.
I'm in an Envy mood. The girls beside the person filming were freaking out because they could see Adam Lazzarra from Taking Back Sunday on the side of the stage. Why they showed up, stood front row & wasted not only their time but Envy's & Envy's real fan's time, is unknown to me. If you go to a band's show (nevermind stand up front), at least show the band an ounce of respect. Killer preformance, though...

Just got word. Good riddance to my favorite band. I can't help but feel like I just fucking jinxed them. Envy, you've been my friend when all my friends were gone. Thank you for everything you've done for me. I'll miss you like a family member. Proud to say I still remember when you all looked like this (haha). But seriously, I love you more than anything in this world. Thank you, again...
There's a number of reasons I used this picture:
1. He's smiling (& his smile is the most beautiful thing in the world)
2. Full body shot (hello perfect body)
3. His shirt (be jealous)
I love this guy more than words can say. So much infact, I can't figure out what I want to say about him. First & foremost, Ryan is the lead singer of Envy on the Coast (if you still haven't checked them out, then shame). I'm aware that I deem everyone to have an "amazing voice", but...HE REALLY DOES. Ryan honestly has one of the most uniquely, soothing voices I've ever heard.
Could possibly be the fact that he's the total definition of a hippie? (the dude doesn't wear shoes & smokes like a chimney) Maybe.
Could it possibly be the fact that he rocks everything from Slipknot to the Fugees? (I rest my case on how amazing he is) Maybe.
Whatever the reason for his incredible talent, he remains one of the most orignal vocalists in his scene. I hate to admit that I'm a New Yorker (Envy's from Long Island), & I've only seen Envy once. However, when I did finally see them live after 4 years of listening to them religiously, it changed my enitre perception of them. I won't get into the why the band is so amazing but a big part of that is due to Ryan. He's was one of the most charasmatic, confident frontmen I've ever seen (I'd say he was 'the' most but I saw Motley Crue in 05' so...). Meeting him was extremely quick but he was a sweetheart & it was a night I'll never forget. The only white guy who can properly rock dreds, a great talent & the nicest dude ever. I truly adore you, Ryan Hunter. <3

This is the first picture I ever owned/saw of Hayley Williams. I started listening to Paramore in the summer of 2006, but for a while there I didn't know shit about the band & would occationally come across pictures of Hayley on various sites. I would save the pictures because I found her to be so beautiful & I named all the files I kept of her 'Pretty Bitch'. Not because she seemed like a bitch (give me a break, she's was, like, 17) but because they were all live shots & she seemed so fierce on stage. It's seems strange to think that I've been listening to Paramore for 4 years now but I guess it's the truth. I'm genuinely proud of everything that the band has done & proud to remain a fan after all these years. Hayley Williams continues to be the prettiest bitch EVER.
